Return Policy
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you order the wrong part or need to return it, simply return it with a copy of your original receipt within 30 days from the date on the receipt as long as merchandise is in resellable condition. Inbound and outbound freight is non-refundable.
How and When Refunds Are Processed
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from original price of merchandise if you ordered the wrong part. If you called us to order the part or e-mailed us to find a part and had your model number or part number and we sold you the wrong part, we will waive the restocking fee. (No refund of shipping or restocking fee if you did not have your model number and we shipped you your item to the best of our ability based upon your description or pictures submitted) We\'ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we\'ve received and processed the returned item, and we\'ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. (If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.) Returns received between 31-60 days will receive store credit only (no refund) to be used within 90 days from date of original purchase. Returns after 90 days will not be allowed and no credit will be issued if returned.
For truck shipped items, do not return \"collect\" as this amount will be deducted from your credit. Complete new compressor units shipped by truck are non-returnable. If for any reason there is a problem with your new unit, we will get it repaired for you.
